Many people love to make the pet rappelz-item.com/tag/level/">level high because with every action there is a reaction even it cost much Rappelz rupees sometimes. we have a ton of high level pets and a second pc so this won't hurt me much and leveling a character the right way should be first and foremost anyway.
The only real advantage we see is that the low level alts can level faster. Some of us take the time to learn Rappelz classes but many don't and the fact that they have HLP's we don't think has any direct correlation with their noobness.
Just a ton of money and SS and you can powerlevel still for you really don't need a HLP. It will just require DPs but does that mean people will learn their classes properly, of course not. we have played for a long time before the mass influx of HLPs and noobs will be noobs. There is no getting around that. we have seen people gradually move up the ranks and still not play their class properly and not have HLPs.
The one bright side of this for you is that you can have a level 1 nooblet with HLP and get low xp farming. Slow leveling which means more drops during good drop events without having to delevel. With every bad thing there comes something good.
